General

We aim for a collaborative, transparent and flexible work environment. Every working method, software and communication method is designed to be as inclusive and collaborative as possible.

Think of it as: «If I can’t continue my work tomorrow, can somebody else pick up?»

With that in mind, please always document your work and keep as accessible as possible.

Collaborative Principles

1. We communicate in Slack channels - avoid emails, direct messages or phone calls
2. Document your work progress in Trello - always ask for a briefing and feedback there
3. We save our work in the Dropbox client folder – make sure that you have full access
4. We share our work from the Dropbox client folder – avoid sending files through Slack, Trello or Email
5. Save your Figma work in the Team account & project folders
